Job summary

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) in Dubai is seeking an experienced Dark Store Operations Lead to oversee daily dark store activities, ensuring accurate inventory and timely picking and packing in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment.

The role requires proven experience managing a team in a warehouse or fulfilment setting, strong knowledge of picking, packing, replenishment and inventory control, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with readiness to work shifts including

Qualifications

• Experience in dark store operations or quick commerce is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Strong understanding of picking, packing, replenishment and inventory control.
• Ability to handle high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse associates to ensure smooth day-to-day dark store operations.
• Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet quick-commerce delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and proper storage of goods.
• Allocate tasks, manage shift activities, and ensure optimal team productivity.
• Monitor order fulfilment performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order handover.
