• Handle routine administrative responsibilities connected with team and shift management.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics throughout the shift.
• Analyze operational performance and identify causes behind missed targets or recurring issues.
• Implement corrective actions that improve productivity, quality, and execution consistency.
• Support achievement of business objectives across different shifts and operating periods.
• Coach team members and help build a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture.
• Review performance data with operational leaders and recommend practical improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize operating practices across shifts.
• Manage individual escalations and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Support contingency planning for larger operational disruptions or changes in customer demand.
• Work with colleagues across other teams to ensure operational targets remain on track.
• Coordinate with external partners when their activities affect site performance or customer service.
• Discuss technical improvement opportunities with engineers and assess their operational impact.
• Balance routine team leadership with process improvement and site-wide priorities.
• Work flexible schedules that may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
