Job summary

Cyber Sentinel Lab LLC FZ is seeking an IT & Cyber Security Sales Engineer to blend technical expertise with consultative selling across UAE clients. You will map client challenges to cybersecurity and IT solutions, support the full sales journey from discovery to handover, and translate complex technology into clear business value.

The role requires 3+ years of local cybersecurity or IT sales experience, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, technology environments, risks and security priorities.
• Conduct discovery meetings, technical consultations, presentations, product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Design and articulate practical solutions across cybersecurity, cloud security, network security, endpoint protection, application security, vulnerability management, identity and managed security services.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Prepare solution architectures, bills of materials, statements of work, technical proposals, tender responses and responses to information or proposal requests.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, engineering, cybersecurity specialists, partners and vendors to create accurate, viable solutions.
• Support account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline development and client relationship management.
• Respond to technical objections, clarify assumptions and communicate solution risks, dependencies, limitations and implementation considerations.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity threats, regulations, market developments, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
• Ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery by documenting scope, requirements, expectations and success measures.
