Job summary

Cyber Sentinel Lab in Dubai seeks an IT & Cyber Security Sales Engineer to combine technical expertise with consultative selling across cybersecurity, cloud security and risk management. You will map client challenges to solutions and support the full sales journey from discovery to handover.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 3+ years of local experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions consulting, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of local experience in cybersecurity, IT solutions consulting, systems engineering, presales or technical sales.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, security controls and common enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, technology environments, risks and security priorities.
• Conduct discovery meetings, technical consultations, presentations, product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Design and articulate practical solutions across cybersecurity, cloud security, network security, endpoint protection, application security, vulnerability management, identity and managed security services.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Prepare solution architectures, bills of materials, statements of work, technical proposals, tender responses and responses to information requests.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, engineering, cybersecurity specialists, partners and vendors to create viable solutions.
• Support account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline development and client relationship management.
• Respond to technical objections, clarify assumptions and communicate risks, dependencies and implementation considerations.
