Job summary

Cyber Sentinel Lab LLC FZ, based in the UAE, seeks an IT Procurement Engineer to align business needs with cybersecurity requirements and procurement processes. You will connect client needs with vendors to ensure secure, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into specs, evaluating bids, and coordinating demos, with a focus on TCO, licensing and contract terms. Strong communication across stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in IT procurement, technology sourcing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, networking and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to translate business and security needs into technical specs and RFPs.
• Experience evaluating bids, documenting recommendations and driving vendor assessments.
• Proficient in writing and presenting technical and commercial topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and security requirements into clear technical specifications and RFPs.
• Pre-qualify technology vendors, products and service providers.
• Evaluate proposals for technical fit, cybersecurity controls, licensing and TCO.
• Coordinate demonstrations, proofs of concept and vendor clarifications.
• Prepare evaluation matrices and procurement documentation.
