Elfonze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Manager to lead new business development for the Infrastructure & Cybersecurity practice across the UAE and broader GCC.

This founding sales hire will own the sales motion from prospecting through close, building early pipeline and collaborating with delivery leadership to shape winning proposals. The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong UAE enterprise/mid-market networks, deep cybersecurity solution

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of total sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity or related IT security solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in UAE/GCC.
• Existing network of CISOs, IT Directors, and security decision-makers in UAE mid-market and enterprise.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; UAE residency/work eligibility preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for cybersecurity offerings in UAE and GCC.
• Build and manage a pipeline of net-new logos across target sectors.
• Develop account-based sales strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Elfonze at events and client meetings to generate leads.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to scope solutions and proposals.
• Build relationships with security OEM/ISV partners to enable co-sell.
• Own revenue targets and forecast, report on pipeline health and velocity.
• Mentor junior sales resources as the team grows.
• Stay updated on regional threat landscape and regulatory environment.
