Role Summary
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Manager to lead new business development for our Infrastructure & Cybersecurity practice across the UAE and wider GCC. This is a founding sales hire for the practice - you will own the sales motion from prospecting through close, build the early pipeline, and work closely with technical delivery leadership to shape winning proposals. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a strong network in the UAE enterprise/mid-market space and a genuine understanding of cybersecurity solutions and buying cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of total sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years selling cybersecurity, managed security services, or related IT security solutions.
- Proven track record of carrying and consistently meeting/exceeding a sales quota in the UAE/GCC market.
- Existing network of relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and procurement/security decision-makers across UAE mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity domains: managed security services (SOC/MSS), compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPL), offensive security (VAPT/Red Teaming), identity and access management (IAM/PAM/SSO), and cloud security.
- Experience selling through or alongside security OEMs/vendors (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, or similar) is highly valued.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or technical certification (e.g., CISM, Security+, vendor sales certifications) is a plus but not mandatory.
- UAE market experience is required; existing UAE residency/work eligibility preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for cybersecurity offerings - Managed Security Services (24x7 SOC/MSS), Cybersecurity Consulting & Advisory, Compliance & Certification support (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, GDPR, PDPL), Offensive Security (VAPT, Red Teaming), Identity & Access Management, and Security Resource Augmentation.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of net-new logos across the UAE and GCC, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts in manufacturing, supply chain, CPG, real estate, and adjacent sectors.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies in partnership with the VP - Infrastructure & Cybersecurity and technical pre-sales teams.
- Represent Elfonze at industry events, vendor forums, and client meetings across the region to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership (SOC, Cloud, Network Security) to scope solutions, develop proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and nurture relationships with security OEM/ISV partners (firewall, SIEM/SOC, WAF, threat intelligence vendors) to unlock co-sell and deal-registration opportunities.
- Own revenue targets and forecasting for the cybersecurity line of business, reporting regularly on pipeline health, win rates, and deal velocity.
- Mentor and, as the team grows, help onboard junior sales resources into the cybersecurity practice.
- Stay current on the regional threat landscape, regulatory environment (UAE IA, NESA/DESC, PDPL), and competitive positioning to sharpen Elfonze's value proposition.
Preferred Attributes
- A "hunter" mentality - comfortable building a book of business from scratch in a growing practice.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems relevant to Elfonze's practice (Prospecta, Protiviti, major cloud and security OEMs).

- A collaborative, Great Place to Work Certified culture (Mar 2026-Mar 2027).
- Career growth path as the practice scales its team and revenue over the next 12-24 months
