• Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide expert guidance on MSS and cybersecurity solutions.
• Solution Design & Proposal: Design/customize MSS offerings and prepare proposals aligned with security objectives.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver presentations and product demos explaining cybersecurity concepts clearly.
• Solution Differentiation: Articulate USPs of MSS offerings and differentiate from competitors.
• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand security pain points and discuss requirements.
• RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Cybersecurity MSS Presales Consultant to join our team in UAE The candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity presale role or similar position Experience in Managed Security Services MSS is strongly preferred along with proficiency in both Arabic and English languages The candidate should have solid understanding of the business culture and market in UAE with the ability to build strong relationships with local clients and partners The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing expert guidance and technical expertise in the pre-sales process related to Managed Security Services MSS and cybersecurity solutions This role involves engaging clients to understand their cybersecurity needs developing tailored proposals being an advisor to them and driving the adoption of cybersecurity solutions This position involves domestic and international travel

Key Responsibilities

• Presales Support Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver expert technical guidance on Managed Security Services cybersecurity solutions and threat intelligence
• Solution Design amp Proposal Design and customize MSS and cybersecurity solutions based on customer needs ensuring that the proposals align with industry s best practices and meet the client s security objectives
• Technical Presentations Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients explaining complex cybersecurity concepts in simple understandable terms
• Solution Differentiation Articulate the unique selling points USPs of the company s MSS offerings and differentiate them from competitors in the market
• Client Engagement Engage directly with potential and existing clients to understand their security pain points discuss requirements and provide high-level solutions in architecture and design
