Job summary

Cpx Affiliate in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced SOC Lead Engineer, SIEM to provide technical leadership, SIEM architecture design, and pre-sales support across multiple environments. You will guide senior and junior engineers while coordinating SIEM solutions and licensing across customers.

This role requires 10+ years in SIEM/SOC, CISSP/CISM, and proven leadership; you will collaborate with the SOC Engineering & Architecture Manager to drive SIEM strategy and improve SOC efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SIEM and SOC operations experience.
• Leadership role within a SOC or cybersecurity environment.
• CISSP and/or CISM certification preferred; Splunk Architect highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools and log management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and management of SIEM tools across environments and customers.
• Oversee log collection layer maintenance with a focus on CRIBL.
• Forecast, track, and coordinate SIEM licenses with sales for estimations and renewals.
• Develop and enforce logging standards across systems and platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SOC Engineers on SIEM services and logs.
• Participate in pre-sales activities for SIEM licenses and architectures.
• Collaborate with SOC Engineering & Architecture Manager on SIEM strategies.
• Deliver regular reporting on SIEM services, SOC operations, and license management.
