Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive cybersecurity sales across the channel. You will manage day-to-day communications with partners, resellers, MSPs and system integrators, generate and qualify leads, and push opportunities through a robust sales pipeline.

The role requires 2–4 years of Inside Sales/IT Sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or channel sales, with strong English communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales, preferably cybersecurity or channel sales.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions or network monitoring.
• Strong communication, follow-up and relationship skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and well-organized.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop cybersecurity sales across the channel.
• Manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups with partners, resellers, MSPs and system integrators.
• Generate and qualify sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, proposals and open opportunities.
• Maintain and actively follow up on the sales pipeline to support revenue targets.
• Understand partner requirements and recommend relevant cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to support partner opportunities.
• Support partner onboarding, engagement and activation.
• Assist with partner meetings, product presentations, and webinars.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the cybersecurity portfolio.
• Maintain accurate sales and partner information in CRM and sales reports.
• Work closely with BDM, Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to progress opportunities and close deals.
