• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of customer economics and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer strategies aligned with overall business and commercial objectives.
• Analyze customer data, behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Segment customers and develop targeted strategies for different customer groups.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and journey across key touchpoints.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Build business cases and recommendations using customer and commercial insights.
