CDHORIZON United Arab Emirates in Dubai seeks a seasoned Customer Lifecycle and Sales Operations professional to lead localized CRM implementations, customer segmentation, and price management for the UAE Business Division. You will drive data analysis, enablement across departments, and ensure digitalized, standardized sales processes, reporting on key metrics like lead conversion and customer value.

English proficiency and UAE market knowledge are essential to align with multinational teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in customer management, Sales Operations or sales management.
• Experience in B2B industries such as construction engineering, infrastructure, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction market and project-based business operation models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously optimize the customer management mechanism for the UAE Business Division across the full lifecycle, including access, segmentation, development, partnerships and exit.
• Conduct customer stratification and differentiated operation with focus on core and high-potential customers.
• Establish daily sales management mechanisms, manage opportunities, track sales funnel and key projects, and monitor targets.
• Collaborate on price management rules, quotation workflows and policy enforcement for major projects.
• Develop data dashboards and regularly analyze metrics like customer structure, activity, leads, contributions, and sales process execution.
• Promote CRM and related tools to improve digitization and standardization of sales management in the UAE unit.
• Interface with overseas teams and HQ to implement customer management systems and requirements locally.
• Summarize best practices and enable the sales team through training and reviews to raise overall customer operation capability.
