Jeeny, a leading ride-hailing platform, is seeking a Growth Manager - Insights & Analytics in Dubai. You will drive CRM and DRM strategies, use advanced analytics to inform growth initiatives, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize ROI and profitability.

You will lead budget allocation, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver measurable growth across passenger and partner segments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in business, analytics, economics, or quantitative field required.
5+ years in an analytical role handling large data volumes, pricing/discount strategy a plus.
Strong stats knowledge and experience with A/B testing.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R a plus.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and marketing automation platforms.

Responsabilités

Lead CRM and DRM strategy across lifecycle (onboarding to retention) for passengers and partners.
Develop dynamic segmentation models (RFMs) to personalize messaging and incentives.
Monitor CRM/DRM metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI with data-driven iterations.
Oversee budget allocation for growth initiatives and reporting.
Build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and decision-support tools for real-time insights.
