The role involves analyzing customer behavior, segmentation, and market trends, with dashboards and executive-ready reports. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools is preferred, along with strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Insights, Consumer Insights, Market Research, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, journeys, segmentation, and market research principles.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, preferences, needs, and engagement trends.
• Conduct consumer research to understand motivations, expectations, and decision-making behaviors.
• Develop customer segmentation models based on demographics, behaviors, value, and engagement.
• Design dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
