Job summary

The Bussola Group in Dubai is expanding its Customer Service team and seeks a UAE National to join as a frontline contact for clients. You will handle shipment inquiries, track statuses, and coordinate with operations, brokers, and carriers to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Full on‑the‑job training is provided, with clear career progression into operations, sales, or account management. Fluency in English and Arabic and proficiency in MS Office are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 0–3 years in customer service or logistics; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Organized, clear communicator, able to meet deadlines.
• Interest in logistics and global trade.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients handling shipment enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Track and update clients on shipment status from booking through delivery.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, customs brokers, and carriers to resolve issues.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (bills of lading, airway bills, invoices, packing lists).
• Process bookings, quotations, and client requests in the internal system.
• Manage complaints and delays professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records and support account managers with reporting.

A growing freight forwarding and logistics provider in Dubai—specializing in air, sea, and land cargo movement across the region and worldwide is expanding and urgently seeking a motivated UAE National to join its Customer Service team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling shipment enquiries via phone, email, and in person

What We're Looking For

• UAE National (role is part of our Emiratisation programme)

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields is a plus

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, or similar roles (fresh graduates welcome)

• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
