Job summary

Food Specialties Limited in the UAE is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Logistics to manage the full order processing lifecycle, coordinating with customers, suppliers, sales, and logistics to ensure accurate fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years UAE/GCC experience in a B2B customer service or sales coordination role, fluent in English and Arabic, and proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with commerce, business management or international trade.
• 3–4 years UAE/GCC experience in customer service or sales coordination (B2B).
• Knowledge of invoicing, payment terms, import/export procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
• Good communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries and record them promptly.
• Categorize inquiries for immediate action with the sales team.
• Obtain quotations and send proforma to customers.
• Prepare purchase orders in consultation with the sales team.
• Coordinate between suppliers and customers for orders.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments from customers.
• Update sales managers on order status and stock levels.
• Arrange samples and receive feedback on evaluation.
• Respond to customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Generate BO sales reports as required.
