• Use logistics IT to maximize efficiency of processes.
• Recruit and coordinate logistics personnel (e.g., drivers) according to availability and needs.
• Supervise orders and arrange equipment and materials to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers to secure favorable terms and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track delivery of final items according to customer requirements.
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock, orders, and shipments.
• Prepare accurate reports for senior management.
