Job summary

Vesla Rent A Car in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries, bookings, and documentation for Rent A Car operations. You will support customers through the rental journey, explain terms and payments, and coordinate with operations for vehicle availability and deliveries.

The ideal candidate has UAE car rental experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in UAE car rental industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and rental systems.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Assist with vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and returns.
• Explain rental terms, insurance, and payment procedures.
• Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability, delivery, and collection.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and rental documents.
• Follow up on bookings, payments, deposits, and extensions.
• Promote additional services and rental upgrades when appropriate.
• Ensure a smooth and positive rental experience.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts to resolve concerns.
