Minimalist is a Dubai-based brand designing and manufacturing watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods to elevate personal style.

The role focuses on managing customer complaints, answering queries, and guiding shipments while driving sales through abandoned cart calls and inbound transactions. Proficiency in Khaleeji Arabic and English is essential, with prior startup/eCommerce exposure valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation.
• Experience in startup or eCommerce environments.
• Proficiency with Social Media, WhatsApp, and Monday.com.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication in Khaleeji Arabic and English.
