Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate pricing, ticketing, and product information to reduce losses caused by incorrect labelling.
• Keep display counters, customer areas, fitting spaces, cash wrap, and merchandise presentation clean and organized.
• Protect the quality and appearance of watches, jewellery, packaging, and display materials during handling.
• Participate in store meetings, briefings, stock-related activities, and assigned operational tasks.
• Complete housekeeping duties required to maintain a premium retail environment.
• Follow company policies, security controls, loss-prevention procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain punctual attendance and remain dependable throughout scheduled shifts.
• Thank customers genuinely after each visit and encourage them to return.
