Job summary

Minimalist in Dubai seeks a Retail Sales Executive to engage customers daily across our UAE stores. You will learn customer demands and showcase products that fit their preferences, building lasting relationships with each visitor.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury retail, with English and Arabic fluency, and a beacon for excellence in client service. Competitive pay, visa support, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Psychology preferred.
• Sales management certification from accredited providers preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in-store, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Actively assist customers, understand needs and recommend products to close purchases.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Explain promotions, discounts and sales tools to increase revenue.
• Keep sales records, coordinate with departments, and strive to optimize performance.
• Uphold Minimalist’s brand standards in every customer interaction.

The Role:

As Retail Sales Executive, you will be in direct touch with our customers on a daily basis across our stores in the UAE. We don't sell - we forge relationships. You will get to know our customers' demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they're looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they're on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport with the customers.
• Actively approach and assist customers, answer questions, understand their needs and recommend products tailored to their preferences, and convince customers to finalize a purchase.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Increase sales through explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools that the business is utilizing.
• Independently keep track of sales records, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance.
• Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry;
• Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar;
• Ideally relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers;
• Outstanding communication skills in English;
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
