Job summary

Minimalist.ae is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to engage customers daily across UAE stores, forging lasting relationships rather than just selling products. You will understand customers' needs and showcase items that best fit their preferences, from watches to jewelry and leather goods.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury retail sales in the UAE, strong English and Arabic communication, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in the UAE within luxury, watches, or jewelry.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Ideally holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide detailed product information, and build rapport.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products accordingly to close sales.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Explain promotions, discounts, and other sales tools to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with other departments to optimize performance.
• Uphold Minimalist.ae brand standards in every customer interaction.
