Minimalist.ae in Dubai seeks a Creative Graphic Designer to shape our visual identity across platforms, collaborating with the team to create collaterals that align with Minimalist's branding. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in digital design, strong Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills, and a flair for aesthetics and color theory.

The Role:

As Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in driving our visual identity across all platforms while collaborating closely with the internal team to conceptualize, design collaterals and materials that adhere to Minimalist's branding while being visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conceptualize collaterals and brand.
• Support our marketing and branding strategies, ensuring consistent and impactful visual communication.
• Design, modify, and finalize a variety of digital and offline collaterals, including (but not limited to) social media graphics, brochures, presentations, packaging, and event materials.
• Maintain a cataloged system of finalized designs and relevant revisions and iterations.
• Provide creative input and expert advice on branding, design best practices, and visual consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• At least 2, preferably 4 years of experience in Graphic Design of digital collaterals
• Extensive experience with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with concepts surrounding aesthetics, color theory, and related research
• Ideally a diploma in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a considerable advantage.
