Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth support.
• Guide customers through their journey and enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests.
