Job summary

spiderSilk is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own revenue generation for Silkrunner across MEA, spanning government, enterprise, and commercial markets. You will build your pipeline, nurture C-level relationships, and lead AI transformation opportunities in a fast-growing environment.

This hunting role requires a strong network in GCC, deep experience selling complex tech into regulated entities, and the ability to operate without hand-holding as you drive strategic deals to close.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in software or SaaS enterprise sales, focused on closing net new business.
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Proven success securing significant agreements with government entities and/or large enterprises in GCC.
• Established network of contacts across GCC government and enterprise accounts.
• Strong experience generating new business and building pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle enterprise software sales across government, enterprise, and commercial accounts.
• Identify, build, and convert new pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, events, and outreach.
• Drive multi-stakeholder, consultative selling motions to close high-value deals.
• Run structured discovery to uncover business challenges, technical landscape, budget, and timelines.
• Qualify rigorously against ICP and protect the team's time for strong fits.
• Develop long-term executive relationships and champion customer success.
• Become a trusted advisor on AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Channel teams to craft tailored AI-native solutions.
