Job summary

You will handle all incoming communications, log calls with details, forward inquiries to the appropriate teams, and assist in resolving customer queries promptly while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proactive, hardworking and motivated.
• Understanding of IT systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming telephone communications and note reasons for calls.
• Forward calls to relevant team members based on availability.
• Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries promptly within company guidelines before escalating if necessary.
• Attend to customer needs and understand their requirements to handle and forward enquiries efficiently.
• Deal with drop-in customers quickly and proficiently by coordinating with employees and customers.
