Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai is seeking a receptionist to support the Aftersales Department. You will be the main contact for customers, handling phone and face-to-face interactions while delivering high standards of service to support retention and monthly/annual objectives.

Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, logging details, and coordinating with staff to ensure fast, accurate responses within company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Pleasant personality to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Proactive, hardworking and motivated approach to all aspects of the role.
• Basic understanding of IT systems is advantageous for managing calls and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming telephone communications and forward to relevant team members as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, or in-person according to policy.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Attend to customer needs, understand requirements and ensure inquiries are handled quickly.
• Log all calls with time, date and caller details.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Deal with drop-in customers by coordinating with employees to expedite service.
