Job summary

TVH is looking to strengthen its Customer Care team in Sharjah. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling offers, invoices, back orders, questions, and complaints.

You will work cross-functionally with other TVH departments to ensure high customer satisfaction. You should have 2–3 years in a customer-focused role, with parts sales experience or relevant technical knowledge in material handling, industrial vehicles, or construction and agricultural

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a customer oriented role.
• Parts sales experience or relevant technical knowledge (material handling, industrial vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment).
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a strong plus.
• Strong customer-oriented thinking and acting.
• Good commercial skills.
• Solution driven with good organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on offers, back orders, invoices, questions, and complaints.
• Identify and communicate customer challenges; act in a solution-driven way.
• Collaborate with TVH departments to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Signal and report bottlenecks in assigned processes.
• Register and manage client information and complaints in the relevant systems to maintain status visibility.

Job Description:

We are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Care Advisors in Sharjah . As a Customer Care Advisor, you are the first line of support to deal with all customer's questions or requests in a speedy and qualitative manner.

Your responsibilities:

• You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs: offers, back orders, questions about invoices, complaints.
• You observe customer challenges and are solution driven.
• You collaborate and communicate constructively with all departments within TVH and stimulate colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
• You signal and report about bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
• You register and administrate client information, documentation, complaints and signals in the relevant systems in order to have an accurate and complete insight in status of clients.

How to succeed / your profile:

• You have about 2-3 years experience in a customer oriented job.
• You have parts sales experience and/or a relevant technical knowledge (material handling, industrial vehicles, and construction and agricultural equipment).
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.
• You have strong customer oriented thinking and acting skills.
• You have good commercial skills.
• You are solution driven and persistent.You have good organizational skills and you are able to set priorities.
• You are a team player.
