Job summary

TVH Group is seeking a Customer Care Advisor in Sharjah to be the first point of contact for customers and handle offers, back orders, invoices, and complaints. You will identify challenges, collaborate with internal teams, and drive solutions while ensuring accurate client data in the systems.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer-facing work, experience in parts sales or relevant technical knowledge, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• You signal and report bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
• You register and administrate client information, documentation, complaints and signals in the relevant systems in order to have an accurate and complete insight in status of clients.
