In this role, you will manage the Culinary Administration office, handle mail and filing, and assist management with projects as needed. A positive appearance and excellent interpersonal skills are essential in maintaining guest and staff relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Culinary Administration office.
• Administer all mail going in and out of the Culinary Administration office
• Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all Culinary Department records
• Any other duties or projects assigned by the Culinary management
