Job summary

myZoi is a fintech startup in the UAE seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for MVP scale to global rollout. You will drive cloud, security, and DevOps while shaping product direction and building high-performing teams.

Collaborating with CEO, Product, and partners, you will expand the company’s offering and footprint, ensuring governance, risk management, and scalable solutions. This role demands deep fintech expertise and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in similar technology leadership role.
• Experience in startups & technology companies a major plus.
• Understanding and appreciation for the Group footprint in financial services.
• Motivated to address innovation technology impact in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology build and MVP to global rollout in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Discuss and expand product offering with partners, fintechs and clients.
• Establish governance, SLAs, and security/compliance controls across the stack.
• Oversee scrum teams, roadmap delivery, and feature/bug management.
