Job summary

myZoi | Financial Inclusion Technologies in the UAE seeks an Associate Director CFCC to support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and maintaining regulatory compliance and governance frameworks across the group.

The role covers risk-based CFCC framework design, regulatory engagement, licensing, reporting, training, and policy development to promote fair customer outcomes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime, compliance and regulatory risk management.
• Ability to draft and maintain CFCC policies and standards.
• Experience in risk-based CFCC framework design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support Chief Compliance Officer in CFCC governance and regulatory obligations.
• Develop and maintain CFCC processes, tools and frameworks to manage CFCC risks.
• Assist with regulatory examinations, licensing, reporting and submissions.
• Prepare regulatory updates and management information for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business units to monitor compliance obligations and remediation.
