Responsibilities

• Lead CFCC governance and raise the bar across all business activities.
• Oversee CFCC frameworks and regulatory change management.
• Manage relationships with regulators, board, and executive risk committees.
• Drive training and competency across the CFCC team.
• Balance risk prudence with pace of innovation in a dynamic market.
• Collaborate with Data Protection Officer on data privacy initiatives.
