Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager and Customer Journey Manager to optimize user journeys across our crypto platforms. You will design and execute automated campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention) using Braze, and craft personalized experiences for traders and crypto users.

Responsibilities include lifecycle optimization, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with product, growth, and compliance teams to ensure compliant, high-impact messaging

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns using Braze or similar platforms.
• Background in fintech or crypto is preferred, with understanding of trading platforms/digital assets.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven marketing and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement marketing automation across crypto platforms; build, launch, and optimize automated campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement).
• Manage customer journeys from onboarding to active trading and retention with personalized multi-channel messaging.
• Track campaign performance and lifecycle metrics; create dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with product, growth, compliance, and trading teams to align on user experience and messaging.
• Stay updated on crypto trends and ensure campaigns comply with KYC/AML and regional marketing laws.
