Job summary

• Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, WATI, or AiSensy is an advantage.
• Shopify experience is preferred.
• Applicants must currently be based in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of: CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Customer segmentation and retention strategies.
• Campaign analytics, ROI optimization, and e-commerce marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Estimated)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS channels.
• Create customer segments and personalized marketing journeys.
• Set up welcome, abandoned cart, and win-back automation flows.
