Job summary

SQUATWOLF is seeking a CRM Assistant Manager in Dubai to join the Ecommerce & Digital team, driving loyalty and retention through targeted customer communications both online and in-store.

You will define and track CRM KPIs, manage data segmentation, and lead loyalty programme management while collaborating with agencies and tech providers to optimize email, app and CRM tactics across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in retail/Ecom CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Experience with ESPs and CRM tactics to boost retention.
• Experience managing third-party relationships.
• Strong collaboration and project management.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP.
• Multi-channel experience across ecommerce and stores.
• Advanced data and report production skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty and retention through targeted communications.
• Define and track CRM KPIs (repeat rate, RFM, LTV).
• Manage daily product selection and data segmentation for CRM channels.
• Loyalty programme management and optimization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for email, app, and CRM tactics.
• Segment customer database for actives, lapsers, and dormants.
• Produce weekly/monthly CRM KPI reports.
