Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to help drive healthy cash flow by accurately managing, reconciling, and collecting on customer accounts. You will collaborate with Sales and Finance to support credit management and minimize risk.

Reporting to the Credit & Collections Manager, you will monitor credit exposure, negotiate payment plans, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career in Finance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
