TALENTMATE is seeking an energetic Relationship Officer in the UAE to represent a reputed bank in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates should have banking/sales experience, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset. Attractive salary and high incentives are offered. UAE driving license and own car are preferred for this role.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Banking/Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Mansioni

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily Credit Cards.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility clearly to customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation.
• Strictly follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up.
