Job summary

Markai Group in Dubai urgently seeks experienced Relationship Officers to join our banking sales team. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and engaging potential clients to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities include promoting banking products such as credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts, using CRM tools, and delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time sales experience in banking or loan products.
• Experience in UAE banking or international financial markets is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Markai Group is urgently seeking experienced Relationship Officers to join our banking sales team in Dubai who have a background in banking or financial services with a proven track record in sales. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by identifying key business opportunities and engaging potential clients. Your goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting and selling banking products (such as credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts) and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking and financial products (credit cards, loans, accounts, etc.) to new and existing customers
• Use CRM and sales tools to generate leads and drive repeat business
• Conduct field sales activities (branch visits, roadshows, etc.) to maximize market coverage
• Collaborate with sales leaders, provide regular updates, and implement effective sales strategies
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify cross-selling opportunities among retail banking products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of full-time sales experience in banking, credit cards, or loan products
• Experience in UAE banking or international financial markets is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
