Job summary
Markai Group in Dubai urgently seeks experienced Relationship Officers to join our banking sales team. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and engaging potential clients to meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities include promoting banking products such as credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts, using CRM tools, and delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. UAE driving license is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory in Finance, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time sales experience in banking or loan products.
- Experience in UAE banking or international financial markets is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking and financial products to new and existing customers.
- Use CRM and sales tools to generate leads and drive repeat business.
- Conduct field sales activities to maximize market coverage.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and implement effective sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
