Job summary

Sharaf DG is seeking an energetic Relationship Officer in the UAE to acquire customers and promote banking products, focusing on credit cards. You will work to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Banking/Sales experience preferred.
• Graduation mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily Credit Cards.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility clearly to customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation.
• Strictly follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up.
