New Restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen, shape the menu, and elevate a bold Mediterranean-forward concept. You will drive quality, creativity, and consistency across service while inspiring a high-performing team.

The role demands strong leadership, fusion cuisine expertise, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment. On-site work in Abu Dhabi with opportunities for growth and brand collaboration across the UAE.

Qualifications

Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Strong knowledge of global Mediterranean and fusion cuisines.
Creative and plating aesthetics.
Strong leadership and kitchen operations skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

Design and lead a high-functioning kitchen team with systems and discipline.
Create menus blending international influences—Japanese, Mediterranean, and global cuisines.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across service.
Maintain full hygiene and food safety compliance.
