You will develop innovative menus, oversee kitchen operations, maintain quality and food costs, mentor staff, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction. Biometric passport preferred; salary $900/month negotiable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, flavors, and plating.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration with other departments.
• Biometric passport (preferred).
