Atlantis, Dubai, part of Kerzner International, invites applications for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team in Dubai. You will work under renowned chefs in a fast-paced, multicultural setting, contributing to exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role at an international luxury hotel, a Diploma in Culinary, and a health and safety certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in international luxury hotels.
• Diploma in Culinary or equivalent culinary qualification.
• Health and safety certification required.
• Experience with Michelin-starred or fine dining settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage mise en place for your section.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen requirements to the highest standards.
• Support the Sous Chef in creating new dishes and recipes.
• Maintain strict health and safety guidelines in daily operations.
