Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage mise en place and daily kitchen operations within your section. You will support the Sous Chef to maintain top quality, presentation and hygiene standards while coordinating with culinary and stewarding teams.

You will contribute to menu development, train junior chefs, manage stock levels, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a hands-on role essential to kitchen efficiency and success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in international cuisine with a Michelin-star background.
• Formal culinary training with HACCP knowledge.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage mise en place and day-to-day operations within your kitchen section.
• Support the Sous Chef in maintaining quality, presentation and hygiene standards; coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams.
