Job summary

Doist is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in the assigned country. You will drive growth, manage the P&L, and build strong client and partner relationships in a fast-moving IT consulting landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in country or senior sales leadership within IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services, and will guide a high-performing local team to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Proven country management or senior sales leadership experience.
Background in IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise tech services.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage operations within the assigned country.
Develop and execute country-level business and sales strategies.
Own the country P&L, including revenue, profitability, budgets, expenses, and cash position.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth areas.
Drive sales performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team.
Promote a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven work culture.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
