Job summary

Delivery Hero in Dubai seeks a seasoned IT leader to design and implement the IT strategy, aligning with Delivery Hero’s overall goals from device and license acquisition to networking security and SSO.

You will define an IT roadmap to scale as the business grows internationally, oversee the IT budget, run key projects, and manage a distributed regional team while partnering with HR and other tech groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT teams in a mid-size company with distributed offices.
• Experience deploying endpoint protection software and security policies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and scripting.
• Experience with automation and integrations; hands-on role.
• Experience with AWS and IAM/SSO solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT strategy aligned with Delivery Hero.
• Define an IT roadmap to scale internationally.
• Oversee IT budget and monthly forecasts.
• Oversee IT projects and initiatives.
• Operate production systems for VoIP and IVR; upgrade network to interconnect offices.
• Collaborate with HR and Tech departments.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and asset management processes.
• Implement security strategy for employee devices and PCI compliance.
• Lead POCs of new products and evolve helpdesk service.
• Manage vendor relationships and distributed regional team.
