Responsibilities

• Guiding customers to select the correct materials for their specific construction needs.
• Generating itemized quotations, processing purchase orders, and handling cash or credit sales through the POS ERP system.
• Coordinating with the delivery and warehouse teams to ensure materials are loaded, dispatched, and delivered on time.
• Negotiating prices on bulk materials, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting outdoor B2B visits to secure bulk orders.
• Resolving customer complaints, processing returns, and building long-term relationships with regular contractors.

Customer Consultation

Guiding customers to select the correct materials for their specific construction needs.

Quotations & Invoicing

Generating itemized quotations, processing purchase orders, and handling cash or credit sales through the Point of Sale (POS) ERP system.

Inventory Management

Monitoring stock levels, arranging displays, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and alerting management when materials need to be reordered.

Order Fulfillment

Coordinating with the delivery and warehouse teams to ensure building materials are loaded, dispatched, and delivered to construction sites on time.

Supplier B2B Coordination

Negotiating prices on bulk materials, coordinating with suppliers, and sometimes conducting outdoor B2B visits to construction sites or local dealers to secure bulk orders.

Customer Service

Resolving customer complaints, processing returns, and building long-term relationships with regular contractors to secure repeat business.

Experience

2 to 5+ years of proven indoor sales experience within the UAE hardware or building materials sector.

Industry Knowledge

Deep understanding of construction products, tools, and hardware materials.
