Job summary

HSBC Dubai is seeking an Employee Workplace Solution Advisor to serve as the primary banking partner for employees of selected companies. The role emphasizes outbound engagements, referrals for loans and mortgages, and close collaboration with Corporate and EWS teams to deepen HSBC penetration among about 800 EWS companies.

You will be responsible for presenting HSBC capabilities across Wealth, International Banking Corridors, and Private Banking, while maintaining strict compliance standards

Qualifications

• Understanding of IWPB products, propositions and services and ability to communicate to customers
• Experience with emerging affluent and affluent clients in proposing products and services
• Ability to develop a networking strategy and achieve activity/outcome goals
• Knowledge of competitor activity and offerings
• Ability to manage high net-worth clients
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving
• Effective handover of relationships to appropriately skilled colleagues
• Graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit (equivalency/attestation may be required)

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees of assigned companies for banking needs across Acquisitions and Revolving and referrals for Borrowing.
• Collaborate with Corporate, EWS CAM, and EWS Loan Specialist to improve engagement with approved companies.
• Provide a holistic view of HSBC capabilities across Wealth, International Banking Corridors, and Private Banking with proper referrals.
• Drive financial wellbeing sessions for employees.
• Maintain compliance standards and internal controls with zero misconduct.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and productivity.
