Job summary

HSBC in Dubai seeks an Associate in Human Resources to support affluent and emerging affluent clients, offering banking solutions across Acquisitions, Revolving and referrals for Borrowing. You will work with Corporate and Private Banking teams to maximize client engagement and drive referrals.

The role emphasizes relationship management, negotiation, and exceptional service while ensuring compliance and healthy risk practices consistent with HSBC standards. UAE visa eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IWPB products, propositions and services and ability to communicate them to customers.
• Experience dealing with emerging affluent and affluent clients.
• Ability to develop a networking strategy and achieve activity/outcome goals.
• Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions and offers.
• Ability to manage high network (high-net-worth) clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees of assigned companies for banking needs.
• Drive Acquisitions, Revolving and refer borrowing needs (Personal loan, Mortgage).
• Collaborate with Corporate, EWS CAM, EWS Loan Specialist to improve engagement with companies.
• Provide a holistic view of HSBC capabilities to customers across Wealth, International Banking Corridors and Private Banking.
• Encourage companies to participate in HSBC Financial wellbeing sessions.
• Adhere to Group compliance standards and internal controls.
• Build high standards of customer service, efficiency and productivity.
